It Started in my Laundry Room
the quiet moments no one sees, where everything felt off.
I’m Angela, a mom of seven who found herself burned out, overwhelmed, and disconnected in the middle of a life that looked successful on the outside.
At 50, I chose to start over—to come back to myself and rebuild from there.
Now, I guide women through that same journey—helping them reset, reconnect, and create a life that finally feels like theirs.
I have a story to tell you, friend—and you might see yourself in it.
It didn’t start with a business plan or a breakthrough moment.
It started in the laundry room…
Standing there one winter day, surrounded by baskets and mismatched socks, I found myself completely undone—ugly crying in the middle of a life I had worked so hard to build.
And it wasn’t about the laundry.
It was everything.
I was a mom of seven, and I loved my family deeply. But somewhere in the middle of raising babies, managing a home, and trying to hold it all together… I had lost myself.
The mom guilt was constant.
The exhaustion was real.
And underneath it all, there was this quiet, persistent feeling:
Something isn’t right.
From the outside, my life looked full.
But inside, I felt disconnected—from my energy, my purpose, and who I was as a woman.
I wanted to be present for my family.
But I also felt a pull for something more—something I couldn’t quite explain at the time.
I had dreams, ideas, and a desire to build something of my own…
but I kept pushing it aside, telling myself it wasn’t the right time.
Until everything started to feel heavy.
Balancing motherhood, life, and a struggling business during a recession left me overwhelmed, stretched thin, and questioning everything.
I didn’t know what the next step looked like…
I just knew I couldn’t keep going the way I was.
And that moment—right there in the laundry room—
was the beginning of everything.
I loved being a mom to my seven children, but in the process I had lost my own identity as a woman. The mom guilt was tearing me up inside.
God, straight talk, short emails, loud music in carline, making moments home cooked meals as a family and celebrating the mess in life with a dance party.
I'm a no drama momma that believes that God's timing is perfect timing, multi tasking is a myth and folding laundry for 7 kids.
Guesting on podcasts, taking pictures at sunset, creating & decorating beautiful art, listening to music by the water or breaking bread with friends and family.
Morning bible time by the lake sipping my mom juice, walks with my doodle & husband, loads of laundry, and my luxury skincare routine that gets me going daily.
Not long after, an opportunity came into my life that I never expected.
Network marketing found me in a season where I needed more—more flexibility, more income, but most of all… more of myself back.
What started as a small step turned into something much bigger.
Over time, I built a multi-seven-figure business, created income from home, and experienced a level of success I once only dreamed about.
But here’s what no one really talks about—
Even when everything looks successful on the outside…
you can still feel off on the inside.
And years later, that’s exactly where I found myself again.
Burned out.
Overextended.
Disconnected.
That decision forced me into a new kind of reset.
Not just in business—but in my body, my energy, my priorities, and my identity.
I had to slow down.
I had to listen.
I had to come back to myself—fully.
And in that process, everything changed.
I realized something so many women in midlife need to hear:
You’re not broken.
You’re just disconnected.
Disconnected from your energy.
Your purpose.
Your voice.
And when you come back to yourself—
you can rebuild everything from that place.
Today, I help women in midlife do exactly that.
Through my coaching, my podcast, and simple, realistic strategies, I guide women through a complete midlife reset—mind, body, and direction.
For some, that means restoring their energy and creating more space in their life.
For others, it means building a brand, an offer, or a new stream of income that actually aligns with who they are now.
Because your life becomes the foundation for anything you build next.
If you’re feeling off… overwhelmed… or like you’ve lost a part of yourself along the way—
I want you to know this:
You’re not behind.
You’re not alone.
And it’s not too late to start again.
Your greatest comeback begins the moment you come back to yourself—and build from there.
